Maybe you did. [ don't just say that. ] I don't know though, there've been a few places on our side that people reported seeing flesh and stuff. So maybe we're finally getting a look at the true nature of things.
Makes sense. Like whatever was powering the illusions is finally running out of juice... [she pauses, thinking.] Ya know, I was kidding about us bringing the Helly Belly with us. But I wonder if using that place for power to bring us back had something to do with the illusions breaking down. Like maybe we drained a good chunk of its energy.
It's possible. Considering the fact that it's all connected I wouldn't be surprised if you took some of its energy with you. It's not like it's an easy feat bringing back a bunch of dead people.
