In Rosamund's case, I guess... she was just really scared that someone would retaliate and take the decision of how her story ends out of her hands and that's where that feeling took her. Like how Scien decided to end it on his own out of spite, or somethin'? [taps her chin...] The ship must've been aware that it happened though because it decided to spare Bradley, for some reason. Actually, is Bradley infected or was it Nero...? My brain was getting a little melty by then.
Anyway, I wonder if it's, like... Uh. Something like an immune system disease or a cancer? The ship's trying to fix the problem but trying to fix the problem also keeps causing the problem.
